"One video says eggs are fine. The next says they'll hurt me. So I stopped listening."
"Everyone online is selling something. I just want someone to tell me straight."
"I read a headline, then the opposite headline a week later."
"My doctor has 10 minutes. The internet has 10,000 opinions."
Not for you if you want a quick fix, a supplement stack, or scary headlines. You'll get what the research shows, how sure we can be, and what I'd do. When the evidence is thin, I'll say so.
What's in every issue
1 new paper, in plain words. What it found, who it applies to, and whether it should change anything you do.
A number you can get this month. What it means, what to ask for, and what to do with it.
A single step that fits a busy week. No 30-day programs.
Doctors are some of the worst at taking their own advice. Here's what I'm working on right now.
1 viral health claim, checked against the evidence. I correct the claim, never the person.

Who's writing

I'm a physician. I went into medicine wanting to help people stay well, not only treat them once they're sick. The system doesn't really allow for it.
So I started sharing what I'd tell a friend: which numbers matter, what the research really says, and what to do next. This letter is the slower, deeper version, once a month.
The research that matters, 1 number to know, and 1 thing to do. Once a month, about 5 minutes.
Once a month. If something big comes out in between, it waits for the next issue.
